Raw Blueberry Pie
CRUST
- 1 1/2 Cups - Whole Raw Walnuts
- 3/4 Cup - Pitted Dates
- 1 1/2 tsp - Organic Vanilla
- 3/4 tsp - Organic Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch of Sea Salt or Celtic Salt
Press into a glass pie dish and put in refrigerator to firm up.
FILLING
- 2-4 cups - Fresh Organic Blueberries, depending on the desired filling depth
- 1 Tbsp - Agave Nectar
Pour filling into chilled crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
