Raw Blueberry Pie

CRUST

  • 1 1/2 Cups - Whole Raw Walnuts
  • 3/4 Cup - Pitted Dates
  • 1 1/2 tsp - Organic Vanilla
  • 3/4 tsp - Organic Ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Sea Salt or Celtic Salt
Food Process ingredients in order until well mixed and it can be formed into a crust coating.
Press into a glass pie dish and put in refrigerator to firm up.

FILLING
  • 2-4 cups - Fresh Organic Blueberries, depending on the desired filling depth
  • 1 Tbsp - Agave Nectar 
Puree most of the blueberries in food processor, reserving some whole blueberries to decorate the top.
Pour filling into chilled crust and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
